I may have talked about them before, but I just LOVE an Etsy store called The Mad Stampers. Their tags are cute, they hold up (a few we have are going on 18 months old and still look great), they are about the same price as the machine at Petco but better and they make really small tags that are perfectly sized for my chis. I just got a new tag for Nova's buddy belt (pictured above), a different style than I have tried before and I had to share how happy I was with it. I love how easy to read it is and the unique shape! This tag is one of their regular sized ones and too big for a chis neck, but it fits perfectly with her rabies and home again tag on the harness (I ordered a big one on purpose because I wanted it to look ok with the giant rabies tag she has). Nova has a collar tag from the mad stampers too, here is a picture of her proudly displaying it after obedience class on Wednesday. Just to give you an idea that tag is over a year old and still looks great.
Kerri and Copley have their tags too, here is a shot of Kerri and Nova's tags right after I got them. I love the selection of charms and styles they have! Kerri got a flower because she is our fragile little flower, and Nova got the double heart stamp because she has two little angel puppy hearts watching out for her. The price is great too, Kerri's was $9 and Nova's was $10.
Finally here is Copley's tag. I love how rustic and adorable it is! Plus his is bigger and fits like 4 lines of text on the back of it, legibly!
So if you are looking for a tag, you should order from The Mad Stampers, they are amazing.
P.S.- I was not compensated in any way for this review, I paid full price for everything I bought and they don't even know I am a blogger. I just LOVE them.
They are great and that reminds us we have to get a new one. Have a super Saturday.

The tags are cute but are NOT durable. The information on the tags fades quickly and the charms break off very easily. They are not practical. You will end up having to buy a new tag for you pet after six months. You would be better off spending your money elsewhere. Trust me, I purchased tags from them that faded so much the information was unreadable and the charms broke off. The shop refused to repair or replace them. Shop elsewhere if you want your pets' tags to actually be useful!
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm sorry you had trouble with them! I have now had Nova's double heart tag since the day of this post- almost a year ago and it looks great! She wears it 24/7 and while the back did get a little scratched up from her chewing on it one day it is totally readable and still looks good. Hers does not really have a "charm" on it though- it is a second stamped disk. The other tags are all on things that are only used for walks- so a few hours a day but they are all in great shape- and we do some serious walking/hiking. The only thing I can think of is that we are very dry here and maybe they don't hold up to dampness? Do you think that could be it? I am curious, because I want to be recommending good products!
DeleteTHANK YOU Anonymous. I had the exact same scenario. The information faded extremely quickly, and the material was cheap. The sellers told me that I "should have known better" than to print information on the back of the tag.. So why are they selling a product and offering information on the back...? SO COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous- thanks for the feedback about these tags! I am really happy with ours still- the one that is worn daily is still going after about 2 years, and it totally readable. I don't doubt other people have had trouble though. Do you mind me asking what kind of climate you live in? It is VERY dry here, and I wonder if that has something to do with why our tags have held up so well.
